Kim Kittinger

Born and raised in Binghamton, NY and (without a doubt) 100% Italian, Kim’s vivacious personality undoubtedly confirms it. Just like the city that never sleeps, Kim not only holds a degree in business administration, but has been performing high-quality nail services for the last 32 years and specializes in Acrylic nails. After owning Good Looks for the last 22 years, it’s become universally known you can find Kim servicing one long-standing customer after another: grinning from cheek to cheek with her team by her side.

As Kim said herself, “I love my store, but most of all ‘our team’, because they're not just employees.” Her motto? “All for one, one for all. You’re only as great as the people you surround yourself by.” She finds that true in every aspect of life because time is so precious and fleeting. When she’s away from Good Looks, she cherishes spending time with her supportive husband of 24 years, incredible family, and her 3 cats that mean the world to her!
Maria Lin
Originally trained in New York City, Maria’s love for the beauty industry grew even stronger over the years, but what she loves most of all, are the doors it’s opened throughout her career. One of the things she finds most exciting is that every day she gets to meet people, getting to know them better through their skin and bodies with the services she provides them.
The beauty industry is changing constantly with new research and technology. One of Maria’s greatest rewards is being able to help her clients feel more confident through treatments using the best products and latest techniques.
Maria is certified in Mediclinical Esthetics, where she received her training in Atlanta, GA, to help enhance her Master Esthetician career. She additionally holds the following licenses and certifications on Nail and Body Wax, Massage Therapist, YON-KA Paris Skin Care, Beyond Osmo Teeth Whitening System, Hydrafacial MD, NovaLash Eyelash Extension Classic, Novalash Eyelash Extension Hybrid, Novalash Eyelash Extension Advanced American Volume, and most recent Phi Academy Microblading.
She also loves tapping into her creative side and channels her creativity into her jewelry line, “Maria Lin Collection”. Starting in 2007, many have enjoyed her beautiful jewelry designs! Maria herself said, “Thank you all for allowing me to make you feel more beautiful through your bodies and my jewelry. Most of all, thank you for showing me your inner beauty throughout the years!
Cassidi Humphries
Cassidi grew up in Roanoke and just celebrated 10 years with Good Looks. She’s a licensed cosmetologist and certified medical assistant. When she isn’t working she likes to spend her free time working out, volunteering, spending quality time with friends and family, or hiking with her pups.

Random fact about Cassidi is that she said she left a little piece of her heart in each country was serving as a medical missionary in Australia, India, and Africa for six months in 2016.

She has been doing nails since 2006. She’s licensed and certified to do manicures, pedicures, facials, facial waxing, lash extensions, lash lifting, and lash/ brow tinting. Her favorite part of her job is having the opportunity to serve and make her clients feel special while helping people discover their natural beauty, either through strengthening their natural nails they never thought they’d have or lifting their natural lashes and tinting to brighten their face yet be low maintenance! She calls Good Looks her second home and also her second family.
Sarah Wright
Sarah Wright grew up in the mountains of Hot Springs, Virginia. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family, horseback riding, cooking, exercising, and working with her amazing clientele!
Sarah joined the Good Looks family in June of 2016. She currently holds licensing in Cosmetology since 2013, attended Regency Beauty Institute and Massage Therapy since 2015, attended Daniel’s Institute of Massage Therapy. Sarah is also certified in NovaLash Eyelash Extension Classic, NovaLash Eyelash Extension Advanced American Volume, HydraFacial MD, and Beyond Teeth Whitening.

She enjoys all aspects of the spa from shellac manicures to full body waxing and massage, but her true passion and specialty is NovaLash Eyelash Extensions. Sarah fell in love with the instant and stunning difference eyelash extensions make and the confidence that they provide to every client. Her meticulous eye for detail, strive for perfection, and patience create a beautiful, customized lash design enhancing the natural beauty of each client that flatters their unique feature’s and style. She holds multiple NovaLash certifications, skilled in Classic, American Volume, and Hybrid providing as natural or as dramatic of a style as you wish to achieve!
Cady Garst
Cady’s interest in the beauty industry began at a young age after entering the world of modeling and television. In 2011 during a volunteer fashion show, she discovered a local spa in Roanoke and soon after accepted her first job as the receptionist. What began as a part-time job, grew into a love for customer service and helping women feel and look their absolute best. After years of working in the spa industry, performing bridal and event makeup services, Cady was introduced to lash extensions in 2012. Following the natural order of things… she fell in love with them and began to study the process while pursuing her esthetics license. Now she specializes primarily in eyelash extensions, with certifications in both classic and volume lash extensions, and continuously works to improve her knowledge and skill. She also provides a plethora of other esthetic services including waxing, tinting, and lash perming services.

Aside from her love for esthetics, Cady has a deep passion for helping small businesses thrive with years of photography, graphic design, and marketing experience. She loves spending time with her family, friends, boyfriend, and vivacious rescue pup, Layla. Fun Fact: Cady’s favorite “hobby” is attending concerts - thanks to the amazing concerts she was able to attend with her mom as a child. From The Rolling Stones and B.B. King to Beyoncé and Snoop Dogg, she’s always on the hunt for the next legendary artist to mark off her bucket list or the opportunity to see someone again.
Jane Ellen Barbe
After 22 years in the jewelry business, Jane Ellen’s talent as a fine jewelry consultant and custom designer is undeniable. With a degree in art, she possesses a true talent for designing custom pieces while keeping the customer in mind every step of the way.
Whether she is creating an item from scratch, or refashioning a family heirloom, Jane Ellen is our resident mastermind when it comes to choosing and creating fine jewelry. From the simplest, to the most elaborate, she has an eye for it all.
When she’s not working with jewelry, she enjoys spending time her husband, 2 kids, and 3 grandchildren!
