Coronavirus Safety Guidelines
Salon Safety
We are well-stocked with disinfectants, sanitizers, and cleaning supplies to ensure your safety.
At the start and close of each day, as well as after each customer, high-touch items, areas, and surfaces will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, as well as stations, retail products, towels, smocks, chairs, bedding, etc.
We will now require each client to thoroughly wash their hands with soap and water for 20 seconds when they arrive, before beginning any services.
Technicians will continue to wash and sanitize their hands before and between each service.
In addition to installing sneeze guards on every nail station (pictured below), each manicure and pedicure client will receive a designated sanitation box used for their individual file and buffer.
We ask that you bring your own mask. You will need to wear one to come into Good Looks.
Sick Policy
Employees who show flu-like symptoms will be required to stay home until they are symptom-free.
We will not be accepting sick clients at this time, to ensure everyone’s safety.
If you or someone you are in close contact with is sick within 24 hours of your appointment, please cancel immediately.
We will help you reschedule your appointment for a later date over the phone at (540)774-7478 or via email at info@goodlooksroanoke.com.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to send us a message or an email!
